LOVE, BETH

Bethany King is an illustrator, art educator, and snail mail enthusiast. Born and raised in Southern California and now thriving in Queens, she has been described by some as “a human beam of sunshine, if beams were also good with an xacto knife.” Her warm personality is reflected in her body of work, rendered in poppy primary colors and lively organic shapes. Beth creates her trademark style by painting complex patterns on paper, then cutting and collaging shapes into colorful playful illustrations.
