Refund policy

Most items are eligible for return within 15 days from the date you received your item(s) and we accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value. In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, all item(s) must be sent back to The WonderMart in their original packaging and in unused/perfect condition with original packing slip or receipt included. We currently offer returns for store credit only. Your store credit will be processed when we receive your returned items. There is no expiration date on store credit.

You can access your available store credit by logging into your customer account before placing an order on our website. 

Lost return packages are not the responsibility of The WonderMart. In this event, a return cannot be processed and it is the responsibility of the customer to inform the shipping carrier of the lost package and file a claim.

Returns for a full refund back to your original form of payment are approved only for clothing items that are deemed too small or too large. No additional exceptions will be made. To submit a refund request, please email us and be sure to include your order number in the subject line. 

In rare cases, we may offer a single-use discount code to a customer looking to return an item that is deemed 'final sale'. This is decided on a case-by-case basis. Customers must manually enter the discount code during the checkout process to redeem it. Customers who fail to manually enter the discount code at checkout will not be refunded after their order has been placed.
