ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
We pack our orders with the utmost care and strive to make sure your order arrives safely. However, damage can occasionally occur to your items while in transit. For this reason, we include shipping insurance equal to the value of your order.
If your package arrives to you damaged, you must report it by filing a claim with the shipping carrier within 24 hours. Once you submit a claim with the shipping carrier, a refund of the purchase amount of your order may be issued at the discretion of the shipping carrier.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED?
Unfortunately, this can happen from time to time, especially during peak holiday season in December. For this reason, we include shipping insurance on all orders, equal to the value of your order. If your tracking information is not updating properly on the USPS website, please contact USPS for a status update on your shipment by providing them with your tracking number. If your package is more than 10 days late past the date of your shipment notification, please visit the USPS website to file a missing mail claim. If the package is not able to be recovered, you may file an insurance claim with USPS to request a full refund of the purchase price of your order.
NOTE: Once a package leaves WonderMart HQ, The WonderMart is no longer responsible for the package while it is in transit. The WonderMart does not provide refunds for damaged or lost packages. The WonderMart cannot contact a shipping carrier on your behalf. The damage claim or missing mail claim must be filed by you, the recipient of the package.
HELPFUL RESOURCES:
All damaged package claims must be filed with USPS within 24 hours of receiving the package. All missing mail claims must be filed with USPS no later than 60 days from the date of mailing.
