IN-TAKE CALL
Once we receive your initial inquiry, we'll reach back to setup an intake call to better understand your vision, timeline and budget.
BRAND MATCH & QUOTE
Based on all of the information we gather during the intake call, we'll scan our curated rolodex of local brands and makers and choose three brands to contact for quotes. You'll then receive all three quotes via email to review and submit a final decision. You will be required to sign a contract in order to finalize a quote. Once the contract is submitted you are liable for all costs associated with your order.
SAMPLES & MOCK-UPS
If your order requires custom branding or label design, you will receive a complimentary digital mock-up for approval before it goes into production. If you require a physical sample of the custom product, this fee will be outlined in the initial quote and we'll ensure timely delivery, keeping in mind your overall order deadline. Additional samples ordered beyond the first round may increase your overall order lead time and incur additional fees.
PAYMENT
Once the mock-up or sample is approved, payment for your order must be received in full in order for production to begin.
COMMUNICATION
We handle all of the back-and-forth with the brand or maker producing your order so you can focus on running your company. Rest assured, any updates or delays with your order will be swiftly communicated to you via email.
DELIVERY
We work with a trusted courier to deliver local orders and prefer using UPS to deliver out of state orders. You'll be provided with a shipping estimate in the initial invoice and we'll reach out to you once your order is ready to ship to arrange a specific delivery date with you to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Shipping insurance is always included in the event of damage or loss in transit.
RUSH ORDERS
We do not accept rush orders (ie: orders needed within 2 weeks time).
GENERAL LEAD TIMES
Most products are made-to-order and have a minimum 2-4 week lead time. Custom products may have a minimum 6 week lead time. Due to the handmade nature of the products you are purchasing and the process it takes to make them, all quoted lead times are estimated and subject to change at any time. You will always be informed along the way.
SERVICE FEE
We charge a flat service fee of $350 per order. This will be clearly stated on your order invoice as a separate line item. This fee covers our labor costs associated with matching you with a local brand and ensuring your order is made to your satisfaction and delivered in a timely manner.
SAMPLE FEE
Requesting a product sample prior to placing an order may incur a fee. This is at the discretion of the brand or maker you are working with and typically covers the materials cost and labor cost to produce the sample.
SHIPPING FEE
If your company is located within the 5 boroughs of NYC, we prefer to arrange a courier to complete the delivery of your order. If your company is located out of state, we will use UPS to deliver your order. Either way, we will provide you with a shipping quote once you have decided exactly what products you are ordering.
No. At this time, we do not have the capacity or space to offer volume gift wrapping services for your order but we hope to be able to in the future! Stay tuned.
Due to the custom nature of these orders, we do not accept exchanges or returns. All orders are final sale.
